Android 개인정보 처리방침
Golf Form Caddie는 회원가입과 로그인이 없으며, 앱을 운영하기 위한 서버가 존재하지 않습니다. 영상 촬영과 자세 분석은 모두 기기 안에서 이루어지며, 영상과 이미지는 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 단, 자세 인식에 쓰는 Google ML Kit이 성능·진단 정보를 Google에 전송합니다(3항).
1. 수집하지 않는 정보
앱은 다음을 수집하지 않습니다.
- 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 신원 정보
- 위치 정보
- 광고 식별자
- 촬영한 영상, 이미지, 오디오
앱에는 광고와 인앱 결제가 없습니다.
2. 기기 권한과 사용 목적

모든 권한은 해당 기능을 사용할 때만 쓰이며, 언제든 기기 설정에서 해제할 수 있습니다.
3. 자세 분석과 Google ML Kit
앱은 Google ML Kit 자세 인식으로 카메라 화면과 재생 중인 영상에서 사람의 관절 위치를 인식합니다. 인식 자체는 기기 안에서 이루어지며, 영상·이미지·관절 좌표는 전송되지 않습니다. 얼굴 인식이나 신원 식별은 수행하지 않습니다.
다만 ML Kit은 다음 정보를 HTTPS로 Google에 전송합니다.
- 기기 정보(제조사, 모델, OS 버전)와 앱 정보(패키지명, 버전)
- 설치별 식별자
- 성능 지표, API 설정, 이벤트 유형, 오류 코드
- 원격 구성(Firebase Remote Config) 관련 정보
Google은 이 정보를 성능 측정, 디버깅, 유지보수, API 개선, 오용 탐지에 사용합니다. 이 정보는 당사 서버로 전송되지 않으며, Google의 처리는 ML Kit 약관을 따릅니다. ML Kit은 이 전송을 끄는 설정을 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 저장되는 데이터와 위치
- 녹화 영상 — 기기의
Movies/GolfFormCaddie폴더에 저장됩니다. 이 폴더는 기기의 갤러리 앱에서도 보입니다. - 앱 설정 — 카메라 설정, 해상도/FPS, 분석 파라미터, 즐겨찾기, 어노테이션이 기기의 앱 저장 영역에 저장됩니다. 기기에서 자동 백업을 켜 둔 경우, 앱 설정은 사용자의 Google 계정 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다.
5. 기기 간 영상 전송
사용자가 직접 실행했을 때에 한해, 같은 네트워크에 있는 사용자 본인의 다른 기기로 영상을 전송합니다.
- 기기 검색에 Bonjour/mDNS 서비스
_golfformcaddie._tcp,_golfformcaddie-sync._tcp를 사용합니다. - 전송은 TLS로 암호화되며, 앱에 내장된 전송용 인증서만 신뢰하도록 고정되어 있습니다.
- 수신 기기는 4자리 PIN 확인을 요구하도록 설정할 수 있습니다.
- 영상은 두 기기 사이에서 직접 전달되며, 당사나 제3자의 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
6. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
당사는 서버를 운영하지 않으므로 보관하는 정보가 없습니다. 앱 설정은 앱을 삭제하면 제거되며, 영상은 앱 안에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. Movies/GolfFormCaddie 폴더의 영상은 앱을 삭제해도 남으므로 직접 지워야 합니다. ML Kit이 Google에 전송한 정보의 보관은 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 제3자 제공
당사는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. ML Kit 지표는 3항에 적은 대로 Google이 직접 처리합니다.
9. 이용자의 권리
당사는 서버에 개인정보를 보관하지 않으므로 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 대상 정보가 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 데이터는 사용자가 전적으로 통제합니다.

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 갱신된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

Golf Form Caddie has no account or sign-in, and we operate no server. Recording and pose analysis happen entirely on your device, and videos and images are never transmitted off the device. However, Google ML Kit, used for pose detection, sends performance and diagnostic information to Google (Section 3).
1. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other identity information
- Location data
- Advertising identifiers
- The videos, images, and audio you record
The App contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.
2. Device Permissions

Each permission is used only for the corresponding feature and can be revoked at any time in device settings.
3. Pose Analysis and Google ML Kit
The App uses Google ML Kit pose detection to find body joint positions in the camera feed and in videos being played back. Detection runs on the device, and no video, image, or joint coordinate is transmitted. The App performs no facial recognition and does not identify individuals.
However, ML Kit sends the following information to Google over HTTPS:
- Device information (manufacturer, model, OS version) and app information (package name, version)
- A per-installation identifier
- Performance metrics, API configuration, event types, and error codes
- Information related to remote configuration (Firebase Remote Config)
Google uses this information to measure performance, debug, maintain and improve the API, and detect misuse. It is not sent to any server operated by us, and Google's processing is governed by the ML Kit Terms. ML Kit does not provide a setting to turn this off.
4. Data Stored on the Device
- Recordings are stored in the device's
Movies/GolfFormCaddiefolder, which is also visible in the device's gallery apps. - Settings such as camera setup, resolution and frame rate, analysis parameters, favorites, and annotations are stored in the App's local storage. On devices with automatic backup turned on, these settings may be included in the user's Google account backup.
5. Device-to-Device Video Transfer
Only when the user initiates it, the App transfers videos to the user's own other devices on the same network.
- Discovery uses the Bonjour/mDNS service types
_golfformcaddie._tcpand_golfformcaddie-sync._tcp. - Transfers are encrypted with TLS and trust only the transfer certificate bundled with the App.
- The receiving device can require a 4-digit PIN from the sender.
- Videos travel directly between the two devices and never pass through a server operated by us or any third party.
6. Retention and Deletion
We operate no server, so we retain nothing. Settings are removed when the App is deleted, and videos can be deleted within the App. Videos in the Movies/GolfFormCaddie folder remain after the App is deleted and must be removed manually. Retention of the information ML Kit sends to Google is governed by Google's policies.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share or sell user information to third parties. The ML Kit metrics described in Section 3 are processed directly by Google.
9. Your Rights
We store no personal information on any server, so there is no stored data to access, correct, or delete on request. Data on the device is entirely under the user's control.

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version and its effective date on this page.
