개인정보 처리방침
Golf Form Caddie는 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하거나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입과 로그인이 없으며, 앱을 운영하기 위한 서버가 존재하지 않습니다.
1. 수집하지 않는 정보
앱은 다음을 일절 수집하지 않습니다.
- 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 신원 정보
- 위치 정보
- 기기 식별자, 광고 식별자
- 사용 기록, 분석 데이터, 크래시 로그
앱에는 광고, 인앱 결제, 제3자 분석 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
2. 기기 권한과 사용 목적

모든 권한은 해당 기능을 사용할 때만 쓰이며, 언제든 기기 설정에서 해제할 수 있습니다.
3. 자세 분석 처리 방식
앱은 Apple의 Vision 프레임워크로 카메라 화면에서 사람의 관절 위치를 인식합니다. 이 처리는 전적으로 기기 안에서 이루어지며, 영상이나 분석 결과가 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 얼굴 인식이나 신원 식별은 수행하지 않습니다.
4. 저장되는 데이터와 위치
- 녹화 영상 — 앱 전용 Documents 폴더에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 명시적으로 내보내기를 선택한 경우에만 사진 앱에 저장됩니다.
- 앱 설정 — 카메라 방향, 렌즈, 해상도/FPS, 분석 파라미터, 즐겨찾기, 어노테이션이 기기의 앱 저장 영역에 저장됩니다.
이 데이터는 사용자의 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다.
5. 기기 간 영상 전송
사용자가 직접 실행했을 때에 한해, 같은 네트워크에 있는 사용자 본인의 다른 기기로 영상을 전송합니다.
- 기기 검색에 Bonjour/mDNS 서비스
_golfformcaddie._tcp,_golfformcaddie-sync._tcp를 사용합니다. - 전송은 TLS 1.2 이상으로 암호화되며 인증서 고정을 적용합니다.
- 수신 기기는 4자리 PIN 확인을 요구하도록 설정할 수 있습니다.
- 영상은 두 기기 사이에서 직접 전달되며, 당사나 제3자의 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
6. Apple Watch 연동
Apple Watch 앱은 iPhone 카메라를 원격 제어합니다. 상태 정보와 미리보기 이미지 한 장이 Apple의 WatchConnectivity를 통해 페어링된 본인 소유 Watch로만 전달되며, 별도로 저장하거나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.
7. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
앱은 데이터를 수집하지 않으므로 보관하는 정보도 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 영상과 설정은 앱 안에서 직접 삭제하거나, 앱을 삭제하면 모두 제거됩니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 연령과 무관하게 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 제3자 제공
수집하는 정보가 없으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하는 정보도 없습니다.
10. 이용자의 권리
앱이 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 대상 정보가 존재하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 데이터는 사용자가 전적으로 통제합니다.
11. 방침 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 갱신된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

Golf Form Caddie does not collect or transmit any personal information. There is no account or sign-in, and we operate no server.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
The App collects none of the following:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other identity information
- Location data
- Device or advertising identifiers
- Usage analytics or crash logs
The App contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no third-party analytics SDKs.
2. Device Permissions

Each permission is used only for the corresponding feature and can be revoked at any time in device settings.
3. On-Device Pose Analysis
The App uses Apple's Vision framework to detect body joint positions from the camera feed. This processing happens entirely on the device. No video or analysis result is transmitted anywhere. The App performs no facial recognition and does not identify individuals.
4. Data Stored on the Device
- Recordings are stored in the App's own Documents folder. They are saved to Photos only when the user explicitly exports them.
- Settings such as camera facing, lens, resolution and frame rate, analysis parameters, favorites, and annotations are stored in the App's local storage.
This data never leaves the user's device.
5. Device-to-Device Video Transfer
Only when the user initiates it, the App transfers videos to the user's own other devices on the same network.
- Discovery uses the Bonjour/mDNS service types
_golfformcaddie._tcpand_golfformcaddie-sync._tcp. - Transfers are encrypted with TLS 1.2 or later and use certificate pinning.
- The receiving device can require a 4-digit PIN from the sender.
- Videos travel directly between the two devices and never pass through a server operated by us or any third party.
6. Apple Watch
The bundled Apple Watch app remotely controls the iPhone camera. Status information and a single preview image are sent only to the user's own paired Watch through Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. Nothing is stored separately or transmitted elsewhere.
7. Retention and Deletion
Because the App collects no data, we retain nothing. Recordings and settings stored on the device can be deleted within the App, and deleting the App removes all of them.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children, and it collects no personal information from users of any age.
9. Third-Party Sharing
We collect no information, and therefore share or sell none.
10. Your Rights
Because the App collects no personal information, there is no stored data to access, correct, or delete on request. Data on the device is entirely under the user's control.

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version and its effective date on this page.
